Germany: We offer two shipping options for orders received from within Germany. (Please note, if you choose standard shipping we won't be able to refund or replace any items that should be lost or damaged in the mail).
International: We also offer two shipping options for international orders. (Again, please note that if you choose standard shipping we won’t be able to refund or replace any items that should be lost of damaged in the mail). For all packages shipped internationally, the customer will be responsible for any extra customs or shipping fees applied.
We will do our best to ship all orders in a timely fashion, as we know it can be very hard to wait to cast on! Our current turnaround time to get your packages out the door is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays here in Germany). All smaller packages will ship with the Deutsch Post, and the larger ones will ship with DHL.
Refunds & Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with the yarn please do not hesitate to contact us: email@example.com. We will do our very best to fix the problem and find a solution.
We are currently in the process of setting up a wholesale program for our yarns and hope to have them available in several shops around the globe soon. If you are a yarn shop owner (or online retailer) who would be interested in learning more about stocking r&s yarns, please do reach out to our team member Marty (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more details.

As we are still a rather small company, we don’t always have the capacity to pursue all opportunities but we’d love to hear any ideas you have and keep in touch regarding how we can make them happen.
